Welcome to Lavenderlane, a mobile application operated by Lavenderlane International Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App"), and by accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the App.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Lavenderlane is exclusively for legally married couples. By using the app, you confirm that you are lawfully married to the partner linked to your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Each user may only have one active account and be linked to one spouse at a time
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & USAGE
One Account Per Couple: Users must create an account with accurate details and link their account to their spouse only. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Lavenderlane is not liable for unauthorized access. Truthful Representation: False information, impersonation, or misrepresentation of marital status is strictly prohibited.

We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary for service functionality. Your information is never sold to third parties. 5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Apple, Google, or third-party providers. Subscriptions automatically renew, unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
6. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT DELETION
You may terminate your account at any time via the app settings. Lavenderlane reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Any attempt to circumvent bans may result in legal action.
7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lavenderlane is a relationship enhancement tool and does not replace professional marriage counseling. We do not guarantee specific results but strive to support healthier marriages. We are not liable for any relationship disputes, misunderstandings, or decisions made as a result of using the app.
8. Third-Party Services and APIs
Lavenderlane integrates with third-party APIs and services to offer features such as communication tools, content delivery, analytics, payment processing, and more. Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or data practices of these external services. By using the App, you consent to the sharing of necessary data with third-party vendors solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
